Terms of Sale
Any sale of Product(s) via the Website will be on the basis of these Terms of Sale.
We suggest you print a copy of these and retain them for your records.
The Website is only intended for use by people resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man).
By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you are:
legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
at least 18 years old;resident in the Serviced Country and accessing the Website from that country.
Formation of Contract
After placing an order on the Website (after selecting the Products you wish to purchase, confirming this and providing and confirming your payment details), you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order ("Order Acknowledgement").
This does not mean your order has been accepted; your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email that confirms that the Product has been shipped to you ("Shipping Confirmation").
The contract between you and us will only be formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation and will only relate to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation ("Contract").
At this stage, payment will also be taken. No products will be shipped until payment has been made in full and your details have been verified by any third party payment facilitators.
You should check all emails (including the Order Acknowledgement and Shipping Confirmation). It is your responsibility to ensure that the details in these emails are correct, in respect to the orders.

We aim to deliver your order within five working days from confirming the order
The time frames shown start from the order confirmation and the first delivery attempt made by the courier.
For International Delivery
The costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of purchased items, the weight of the items, and the postal code of the destination country.
NOTE: We cannot offer free shipping or free returns on international orders. For more information on the limitations of international orders please contact us at and we will try to find a a shipping solution.
The shipping times could be delayed in case of
- public holidays: carriers do not deliver on holidays and weekends
- products that are unavailable at time of order
- bad weather
- courier strikes
Shipping to underserviced areas may require longer delivery times.
Returns,Refunds & Exchanges
PawSociety wants you to be happy with your selections, so if you or your four legs member of your family are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason just return it. We will not get upset with you.
We will appreciate instead if together with your return you can send us a little feedback to make sure that if something went wrong with your order and will not happen again.

Making a Return? No Sweat.
We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. First, read through our Returns Policy, then get the ball rollin' on your online return. It's really easy.
Items purchased online may be returned within 14 days with receipt for an exchange or refund.
All items being returned or exchanged must be in its original packaging, unused and in sellable condition.
All returns must be authorized with an RA # (Return Authorization Number) that must be obtained prior to sending your item and copy of your purchase receipt must be included. If you have placed your order using your account, just simply login to your account .
You are fully responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original packaging and we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

2) When your return is authorized, you will be given an authorization number. Please write it on your package and on the copy of the purchase receipt being sent. Please indicate whether or not you would like a store credit, exchange or refund. Feel free to use your preferred shipping method to return the item back to us.
3) Please use a shipping method that issues a tracking number for the package. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

We stand behind our products! If you receive an item that is defective, you MUST contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the specific issue within 24 Hours of receipt so we may exchange the item for its exact replacement.
Items damaged in transit must be reported with 24 hours of receipt. Your assistance will be required during the claim process.
Items damaged by your pet are non-returnable and will be considered a complete loss. We do not repair or replace items damaged by your pet. The products sold on our online store are not guaranteed to withstand your pets behavior.
